Job summary

Suncrest Hospice seeks a Community Liaison to expand referrals and partnerships across our Dayton, OH service area. You will lead outreach to physicians, hospitals, and community partners with a focus on strategic growth and service delivery improvements.

The role requires healthcare sales experience, strong marketing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary hospice team. Travel is expected as part of regional outreach.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets.
