Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales/marketing in healthcare required, hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with key staff and accounts.
• Experience with generating and maintaining physician/healthcare partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence by positioning hospice as provider of choice in the service area.
• Drive referral growth via visits to referring physicians, hospitals, SNFs, social workers.
• Support patients and families by explaining hospice services with empathy.
