Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a self-motivated Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to lead outreach to hospitals and facilities, identify new referral sources, and grow census with empathetic, clinical expertise. You will educate referral sources and families about hospice services while delivering exceptional patient and customer service.

The role calls for an RN with hospice marketing experience, strong relationship skills, and driving capability, supported by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care required.
• RN license current and unencumbered.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• 1–2 years hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain physician and healthcare relationships.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage hospital and medical facility referral sources.
• Proactively build relationships with medical community partners.
• Promote hospice services and position the hospice as a preferred provider.
• Make regular calls to secure referrals and grow census.
• Assist in determining patient eligibility based on hospice knowledge.
• Conduct initial patient and family meetings to overview hospice care.
