Suncrest Hospice seeks a Community Liaison to drive engagement with physicians, hospitals and community partners, expanding access to hospice services across Joliet and surrounding areas.

The role focuses on building referral networks, promoting Suncrest Hospice offerings, and shaping strategic partnerships while ensuring compassionate, patient-centered marketing efforts. Strong communication and independence are essential for success in a fast-growing national company.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Demonstrated ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple referral sources.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets
