Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to grow census by building trusted relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners in the Chicago Westchester service area. You will promote our hospice services, advocate for patients and families, and help drive growth while representing Sanctuary Hospice professionally.

The role emphasizes outreach to physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and social workers, with a focus on education, compassion, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through outreach.
• Grow presence by promoting Sanctuary Hospice as the provider of choice in the service area.
