Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to serve the Westchester area. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners to drive census growth and promote hospice services.

Territory includes Chicago, Elmhurst, Burr Ridge, LaGrange, Westchester, Oak Brook, Oak Lawn, and Countryside. We offer comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration within the medical community.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services by conducting regular outreach that reflects commitment to high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning Sanctuary Hospice as provider of choice across the service area to exceed growth goals.
• Drive referral growth through visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients and families by leading initial conversations about hospice care and explaining services with empathy.
