Job summary

Crescent Hospice in the Buffalo area is hiring a self-driven Community Liaison to grow census by building relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners. You’ll champion our hospice services and serve as the face of Crescent Hospice in the community.

You’ll conduct outreach, explain our care philosophy with empathy, and travel across Union, Spartanburg, Laurens, Newberry, and Cherokee Counties to meet physicians and facilities, driving awareness and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional experience may substitute educational requirement.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners to grow referrals.
• Conduct outreach to promote Crescent Hospice and our services with empathy and professionalism.
• Travel within the territory to build awareness and partnerships across the service area.
• Drive census growth by visiting referring physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other professionals.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care and obtain informed consent with compassion.
