Heart to Heart Hospice in Temple, TX seeks a Community Education Representative to drive hospice referrals from physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. You will develop territory plans, build strong community relationships, and promote hospice services to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 1–3 years of healthcare sales experience, knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit, strong time management, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• One to three years of progressive sales experience in hospice or healthcare sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Benefit and business management.

Mansioni

• Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities or other senior living settings to promote hospice referrals and Heart to Heart Hospice House.
• Work with hospice eligible patients and their loved ones to begin admission to hospice, in collaboration with Hospice House staff.
• Develop and implement territory business plans and manage sales time and resources to meet goals.
• Establish and maintain ongoing public relations to increase brand awareness and community understanding of services.
• Utilize CRM and other tools to effectively manage accounts and performance.
• Perform other duties as required and ensure compliance with laws and personnel policies.
