Heart to Heart Hospice is seeking a Community Education Representative (Hospice Business Development - Sales) to drive referrals and partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and senior facilities. The role emphasizes strategic territory planning, proactive outreach, and strong customer relationships to grow community awareness of hospice services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience in hospice sales, home health, or other healthcare sales strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of business management and Medicare Hospice Benefit.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and ongoing valid auto liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Call on physicians, area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities or other senior living settings to promote hospice referrals, Heart to Heart Hospice House, and community resources.
• Work with hospice eligible patients and their loved ones as they begin admission to hospice, with Hospice House staff.
• Develop and implement territory business plans and manage sales time and resources to achieve goals.
• Establish and maintain ongoing public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and community understanding of the organization and its services.
• Utilize CRM software and tools to effectively manage accounts and performance.
• Perform other duties as required and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
