Job summary

Frontier Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our Norman team, focusing on building trust with referral sources, physicians, and partners to grow census and promote our hospice services.

This role emphasizes outreach, patient-family support during critical moments, and representing Frontier Hospice with professionalism and compassion, while working a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule in Norman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with substitution possible for experience.
• Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing within healthcare, hospice marketing preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence by promoting Frontier Hospice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth via visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, and social workers.
• Support patients and families during critical moments with empathy.
