Job summary

Frontier Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to champion our hospice services in the Tulsa area. You will build trust-based relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare partners to drive census growth and access to compassionate care.

The role emphasizes outreach, education, and collaboration with the medical community, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on region-specific growth. You’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to dignity and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum two years in sales/marketing in healthcare; hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and partners.
• Proven track record in generating new accounts and managing key relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for hospice services and conduct outreach reflecting compassionate care.
• Grow census by increasing awareness and preference for hospice services.
• Drive referral growth via visits to physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers.
