Job summary

Frontier Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer/Sales Representative) to promote our services throughout the Chickasha area. You will build trusted relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners, driving census growth while representing our compassionate team.

The role focuses on outreach, advocacy for hospice services, and educating families about care options; requires driver’s license and healthcare marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required; hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with key staff and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as an advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence across the service area to exceed census goals.
• Drive referral growth through visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers.
