Job summary

Frontier Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services in the Tulsa area, focusing on building relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare partners. This role emphasizes census growth and serving as the frontline representative of Frontier Hospice.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm) in the Tulsa territory, with competitive base pay and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to establish relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners to strengthen collaboration.
Serve as an advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
Grow presence by positioning Frontier Hospice as the provider of choice in the service area.
Drive referral growth through visits with referring physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other professionals.
Lead initial conversations with patients and families about hospice care with empathy and clarity.
