Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to establish and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. You will promote Suncrest Hospice services, monitor market perceptions, and support strategic planning for expanded care offerings within the Austin area.

You will work with an interdisciplinary hospice team, drive referral generation, and maintain a strong understanding of hospice marketing strategies to improve patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintain knowledge in marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice team to deliver care and grow referrals.

Essential job functions & responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets

Qualifications
