Frontier Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to serve the Moore area, promoting hospice services through trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare partners. This role focuses on census growth by increasing awareness and preference for hospice care, while representing our compassionate team in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with physicians and clinical staff.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain accounts with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and referral sources.
• Conduct regular outreach to advocate for hospice services.
• Grow census by increasing awareness and preference for hospice care.
• Drive referral growth through visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs and social workers.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care with empathy and explain services clearly.
