Job summary

Adoration Health in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to doctors, clinics, and families. You will be the face of our organization, building long-term relationships and coordinating referrals with the care team.

This FT role offers autonomy, engagement with the community, and opportunities to grow in healthcare sales and outreach while upholding dignity and compassion. A BA/related field and healthcare marketing experience are preferred; valid driver's license

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required.
Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
Possess a current and valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services.
Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM).
Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help.
Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
