Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice care team serving Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, and Monroe Counties. This part-time weekend position supports patients and families with comfort, dignity, and personalized care.

The role focuses on personal care, home visits, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary hospice team. Weekend shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexible options and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes across Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, and Monroe Counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients.
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Follow established care plans and hospice policies and procedures.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice care team serving Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, and Monroe Counties.

This part-time weekend position is ideal for a CNA who is passionate about providing comfort, dignity, and personalized care to hospice patients while supporting their families during an important time in their lives.

Position Highlights

• Part-time weekend schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Mileage reimbursement provided
