Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice care team serving Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, and Monroe Counties. This part-time weekend position provides care to hospice patients and support to families, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and personalized assistance.

Formación

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients.
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Follow established care plans and hospice policies and procedures.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
