Job summary

Superior Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice CNA to join our team serving the 21-County Twin Cities area. You will provide personal care in patients' homes and help families rely on a steady, caring presence.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits for eligible full-time staff; you will build meaningful relationships through one-on-one visits.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred; other care settings welcomed.
• Compassionate, dependable, and relationship-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help patients remain comfortable, safe, and independent.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate with the hospice team.
• Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.
• Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
