Job summary

Superior Hospice is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team in the Twin Cities service area. You will assist patients with daily activities, provide comfort, and support families during visits.

You will observe patient conditions, document changes, and collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized, dignified care. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred; home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospital, or oncology experience welcomed.
• Kind, dependable, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help patients remain comfortable while maintaining their dignity and independence.
