Job summary

Superior Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to deliver one-on-one patient care within the 21-County Twin Cities service area. You will help with daily hygiene, mobility, and comfort while honoring patient dignity and preferences.

This role emphasizes emotional support, teamwork with the nursing staff, and adherence to individualized care plans. A generous benefits package, mileage reimbursement, and a $500 sign-on bonus accompany full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hospice or home care experience preferred, with other care settings welcomed.
• Kind, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help patients remain comfortable while maintaining their dignity and independence.
• Observe and communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support during each visit.
• Follow individualized care plans while collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary team.
• Create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment wherever you provide care.

Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage + $500 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
