Job summary

Superior Hospice in the Twin Cities area is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to support patients at home. You’ll assist with personal care, comfort, and dignity in a demanding but rewarding setting. You’ll follow care plans, monitor changes, and communicate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Experience in hospice is preferred, with broader healthcare backgrounds also valued; full-time

• Communicate with nurses and the inter-disciplinary team to ensure excellent care.
• Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.

Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage + $500 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

• Communicate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care.
• Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in hospice preferred, but home care, long-term care, assisted living, hospital, or oncology experience is also valued.
• Warm, dependable, and patient-centered.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
