Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to work in patients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will deliver personal care, monitor symptoms, and support daily living activities to enhance comfort and dignity.

This full-time role includes travel between patient homes, a daytime schedule, benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match, plus tuition reimbursement and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to document and report observations to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety during visits.
• Travel to patient homes and provide care as scheduled.
