Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide hands-on, compassionate care to patients in their homes. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with personal care and daily living activities, supporting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients at the end of life.

This full-time role runs 8:00am–5:00pm with rotating weekends. Requires current CNA certification in the state, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes under RN supervision.
• Document services and observations for care team communication.
