Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide with valid license in good standing.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred; willingness to train if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in homes and ALFs.
• Deliver medications and review instructions; perform reconciliation.
• Coordinate telehealth visits with pharmacists and specialists.
• Assist with ADLs, safe mobility, and daily living activities.
