Job summary
Bristol Hospice in State College, PA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Interdisciplinary Group Team. You will work under a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and comfort to hospice patients in their homes or facilities.

Qualifications
- Must have CNA or Home Health Aide certification per state regulations.
- Prefer 1 year experience in hospice or medical/surgical settings.
- Minimum 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.
- Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo criminal background checks.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care and support family needs.
- Care for hospice patients—personal hygiene, back rubs, oral care, linens.
- Provide bedtime care and aroma therapy.
- Record vital signs and report changes to Case Manager.
- Assist with ambulation and activities.
- Maintain clean, orderly living areas and adhere to care standards.
- Communicate compassionately while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
