Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in PA.
• Preferred 1 year experience in community health/hospice or medical/surgical environments.
• Must have completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Assist with meals, grooming, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient care activities and observations as required.
