Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts to join our patient- and family-centered team. You will work under RN supervision providing personal care, comfort measures, and compassionate support to terminally ill patients in home and community settings.

The ideal candidate is licensed in MA, may have 1 year hospice or medical/surgical experience, and is willing to complete required trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be a MA CNA with active license.
• Prefer 1 year hospice or medical/surgical experience.
• Requires 75 hours classroom and supervised training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including baths, cares and mobility.
• Assist with meals, feeding and nutrition as assigned.
• Monitor and report patient condition changes to Case Manager.
• Maintain clean, safe living environment and supplies.
• Document care activities per procedures.
