Lower Cape Fear Lifecare is seeking a Hospice CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in home settings across Whiteville, NC and surrounding areas. The role includes direct patient care, documentation, and coordination with RN case managers.

Flexibility to work weekends or holidays may be required. The ideal candidate has a CNA certification and a high school diploma, with ability to communicate in English and handle physical tasks such as lifting and positioning.

Competenze

• CNA course completion required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must attain 12 hours of in-service training annually.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care (bathing, peri-care, dressing, mouth care, toileting, incontinence care).
• Assist with meals and repositioning in bed.
• Document patient status at bedside using company cellphone.
• Chart in EMR if required by facility.
• Drive between patients; mileage is reimbursable.
