Job summary

Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice in Woods Cross, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision according to care plans and facility policies. Day shift, full-time, non-exempt hourly position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• One year of long-term care CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services under supervision according to care plans and facility policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal setup and intake documentation.
• Documents daily progress and weight changes as directed by nurses.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety standards.
• Attends care-plan meetings and supports life safety drills.
