Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a CNA to provide professional day-to-day personal care to individuals with chronic or life-limiting conditions in Buncombe County and surrounding areas. You will follow the plan of care and work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The role requires a valid NC CNA certificate, a driver’s license, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience: 0–1 year of clinical experience.
• Licensure: Valid NC CNA certificate; driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must be willing to care for patients with infectious diseases.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to individuals with chronic, serious, or life-limiting conditions.
• Coordinate care with registered nurse and interdisciplinary team.
• Collect data for assessments and contribute to plan of care.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance with policies.
• Document visits and treatments in EMR per policy.
