Four Seasons in Buncombe County, NC, seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide personal care and home management tasks to palliative care patients with dementia, under the direction of a Memory Care RN.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, NC CNA listing, and ability to work flexible hours. The organization offers non-exempt hourly status, shifts over 30 hours with benefits, and a robust wellness program.

Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope of training, license, certification or registration, where applicable, and as required by law and regulation.
• Performs tasks as delegated to and directed by a registered nurse.
• Practice safety and infection control methods.
• Provision of assistance with Activities of Daily Living &/or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living.
• Report to work punctually and appropriately dressed for role.
• Complete required orientation and on-going training to include modules assigned via Memory Care Caregiver College.
