Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Utah seeks compassionate Hospice Aides to support patients at home, assisting with personal care and daily living activities. You will work with the hospice team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, and routine care, while collaborating with RNs and communicating progress to families. Must meet state CNA/HHA requirements and CPR certification, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility).
• One year direct client care in home health or hospice in the last five years preferred.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Change bedding, assist with clothing, and help keep wounds clean and dry.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs and inform families about patient progress and needs.
