Superior Hospice in Dayton, MN, seeks a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide hands-on care and comfort during every visit. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while observing and reporting changes to the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred; palliative care, oncology, home care, long-term care or assisted living experience welcomed.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
