Job summary

Superior Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide one-on-one care in the Dayton 21-County service area. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and comfort while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Active duties include observing changes in condition, reporting to nurses, offering companionship, and ensuring a safe, clean environment. A supportive leadership team helps you deliver meaningful, patient-centered care daily.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred; other care settings welcomed.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support patient comfort; observe and report changes in condition.
• Assist with care needs as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and hospice team.
