Job summary

Superior Hospice in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Hospice CNA to provide hands-on patient care in a compassionate, patient-focused team. You will support comfort, mobility, and daily activities while documenting changes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

This role offers $19-$25/hour DOE with mileage reimbursement paid by wage and a $500 Sign-On Bonus. Full benefits are available for full-time staff, and every visit matters to patients and families in our 21-County service

Qualifications

• Hospice care experience preferred; palliative care or home care welcomed.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support patient comfort while observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Assist with care needs as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the hospice team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Deliver care that reflects each patient's individualized plan of care.
