Qualified candidates must hold a current CNA certification, CPR, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Experience within the last two years is preferred, with a focus on compassionate patient care and home health support.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Berks County.
• CNA experience within the last two years.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with ambulation, transfers, positioning, and basic exercises.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals; assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental services as assigned.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
