Qualifications
- Must have PA CNA license.
- CNA experience within the last two years.
- Current CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provides personal care services to patients.
- Assists with ambulation, transfers, ROM, positioning, and light homemaking.
- Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
- Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient status; report to RN.
- Follow written instructions from a registered nurse.
- Assists with prescribed exercises as instructed by nurse or therapist.
- Performs simple urine tests for sugar, acetone, and albumin.
- Other duties as assigned.
