Job summary

Reserve Care in Westlake, OH is seeking a Regular Full-Time STNA/CNA for the 3rd shift at Ames Family Hospice House. You will provide personal care under supervision of a nurse, assist with ADLs, ensure safety, and participate in the care team to support end-of-life patients and their families.

Ideal candidates are licensed STNA/CNA in good standing, able to read and write English, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be a state tested nursing assistant in good standing.
• Able to read and write English proficiently.
• Flexible to work 3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs according to the plan of care.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and assist with transfers as needed.
• Assist with ROM, prepare nutritional snacks, and document observations.
• Record in clinical records and participate in care conferences and team meetings.
