Reserve Care in Westlake, OH seeks an STNA/CNA for 3rd shift at Ames Family Hospice House. Qualifikationen

• Must be an STNA in good standing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work 3rd shift in a hospital-style inpatient setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs per the plan of care.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and assist with transfers.
• Support ROM exercises and basic wound/skin care as directed.
• Assist with medications under nurse supervision and document observations.
• Record chart notes, timesheets, and mileage as required.
• Participate in meetings and on-call rotation as needed.
