Job summary

Interim HealthCare Hospice in Michigan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who feels valued and supported by management for the essential work you do. As a CNA with Interim HealthCare Hospice, you’ll join an organization that cares for its staff as much as the patients they serve.

We offer pay rates from $18-$22 per hour, flexible assignments to fit your needs, weekly pay, and a broad benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus an ESOP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Michigan CNA certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws.
• Compassionate nature and good communication; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Follow the assignment sheet and perform only tasks that are assigned.
• Recognize, report and document changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
