Job summary

Family Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate CNA to support clients in the Des Plaines area. You will perform bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, charting, and provide companionship with empathy and professionalism.

The role features weekday hours (Monday through Friday) with weekends off, and requires a valid CNA certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with dementia patients is a plus, and we offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of CNA experience; home health or hospice preferred.
• Valid CNA certification.
• Experience treating/working with patients with dementia is a plus.
• CPR certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto Insurance.
