Job summary

Family Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate CNA to service our clients in a home health/hospice setting. Duties include bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, charting, and companionship.

The role is Monday through Friday with weekends off, requiring at least 1 year of CNA experience and a valid CNA certification; CPR certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is expected. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• At least one year of CNA experience; home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Valid CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with dementia patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration; monitor nutrition.
• Chart patient information and care updates accurately.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
