Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate patient care in a home health setting. CNAs will support daily living activities, promote safety, and follow care plans with oversight from clinical staff.

The role offers flexible assignments with no weekends or holidays required, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement options, and ESOP participation after

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Michigan CNA certification required.
• Knowledge of state/federal healthcare regulations preferred.
• Compassionate, strong communicator able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe environment and maintain clear pathways while providing care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, nail/skin care, oral hygiene).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Follow assignment sheet and perform only designated tasks.
• Recognize and report changes in patient condition to supervisor.

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment and maintain unobstructed pathways while providing care
• Assist patients in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail, and skin care, oral hygiene,
• toileting, etc.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises
• Follow the assignment sheet/service plan performing only tasks that are assigned
• Recognize, report, and record/document changes in patient/client condition and safety to the supervisor

A few must-haves for CNAs:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
