Suncrest Hospice in California is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to provide direction to the hospice clinical team under the Director, hire qualified personnel, oversee the provision of hospice services, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.

The role requires RN licensure, at least 1 year hospice experience, 5 years in healthcare, and 2 years in leadership, along with strong interpersonal and project management skills to drive performance across the nursing

Formación

• RN licensure required in state of practice.
• At least 1 year hospice experience.
• 5 years in healthcare industry preferred.
• 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Monitoring nursing staff performance and addressing QA issues
• Clinical policy and procedure support
• Assisting the Director in identifying and resolving nursing department deficiencies
• Monitoring implementation of correction plans
• Strong leadership with organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication with ability to motivate and mentor others
