Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing school with active RN license.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice with knowledge of hospice regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational ability.
• Must have valid driver's license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily hospice care team operations and supervises interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensures admissions compliance with regulations and policy.
• Directs quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
