Catholic Community Health in Lenexa, Kansas, is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead our hospice team. You will oversee clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and help ensure the delivery of compassionate, high-quality hospice services.

The role requires an active RN license in Kansas and Missouri and demonstrated leadership in hospice settings. You will collaborate with IDT members, supervise staff, participate in recruitment, and help develop policies that uphold our mission

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas and Missouri.
• Management or supervisory experience in hospice or related healthcare.
• Ability to lead clinical and administrative staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations including staffing, scheduling, and coordination of clinical services.
• Review clinical documentation, care plans, medication records, and discharge documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct supervisory visits, monitor staff performance, and complete evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff in developing care plans, goals, and addressing patient needs.
• Identify opportunities for staff development and performance improvement.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and orientation of new personnel.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to address operational challenges and improve workflows.
• Promote a positive, supportive work environment with teamwork and accountability.
