Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Wichita, KS is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate, patient-centered hospice care.

You will shape care plans, mentor leaders, and ensure the highest standard of care for patients and families. Ideal candidates are registered nurses with 2+ years in hospice/home health and at least 2 years in supervisory roles, with strong clinical problem solving and staff development skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice
• 2+ years hospice or home health clinical experience
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving

Responsibilities
