Qualifications

• Clear/active Registered Nurse certification required.
• Maintain current, valid Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle.
• Maintain valid personal automobile insurance.
• Basic Life Support certification needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise overall clinical care including scheduling.
• Consult with the patient/family and physician to develop care plans.
• Supervise nursing and ancillary personnel in a home care setting.
