Job summary

Envision Hospice in Washington state seeks a Hospice RN Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, supervise field staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This leadership role focuses on maintaining high-quality end-of-life care across a growing interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active Washington RN license, BLS, and 3–5 years of healthcare management experience, with at least 1 year in hospice.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• Active BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice clinical nursing experience.
• Proficient with EMR systems and healthcare technologies.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Clinical Services in clinical operations in alignment with agency policies, nursing standards, and hospice philosophy.
• Balances in-office leadership with field-based support to conduct new patient admissions, coordinate care, and address clinical concerns.
• Reviews and approves clinical orders, audits charting for accuracy and compliance, and ensures timely documentation.
• Oversees scheduling, supports staff competency, training and education.
• Supports clinical intake reviews to ensure appropriate admissions and care planning
• Completes additional duties as assigned to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,500/annually + Benefits

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN Clinical Manager to support our growing interdisciplinary team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising field staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest quality of care. The Clinical Manager plays a key role in ensuring that patients and families receive exceptional, compassionate end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Current, active Washington State RN license in good standing
• Active BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 3–5 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in hospice
• Proficient with EMR systems and healthcare technologies
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment, initiative, and productivity
